Last.FM login information is stored in a file in .NET's Isolated Storage. It is Base-64 encoded but not encrypted (yet). The source is included with Rhapsody.FM.
I've kept the app simple, so there aren't any options yet. But you can change some options by editing the Rhapsody.FM.exe.config file. The variables include the location of Rhapsody's data file, and the polling time (in seconds). You can also control log4net logging options. Better control over these settings will be included in future versions of Rhapsody.FM.
